We traveled from the Miramichi to purchase a vehicle and just happened to visit Fox Subaru. Well we met a sales person Mike Crawford who was amazing, I know people say that, however we were at a few dealerships shopping for our new car and met/interacted with a few sales reps, so I base this review on the service that was given to my wife and I. Mike made us feel that we mattered and that purchasing a vehicle is indeed a big purchase, he was not once forward on any aspects of the deal. Yes we were very impressed with the vehicle however more impressed with good old fashion respect and being treated as VIP, nice to experience that feeling again. Not only was Mike attentive he had all the paper work done, he delivered our car as discussed with no surprises. I would also mention that we dealt with Ryan in finance and as well he demonstrated the same PROFESSIONALISM, the feeling was actually enjoyable in our interactions. I have said many times vehicles are mechanical and are subject to breakdowns occasionally, however I rate how a person is treated when this occurs.... so if my first impressions were correct this dealership puts the customer first then they sell cars. Thank you Gentlemen for giving us the confidence that we DON"T have to purchase a QUALITY vehicle from a catalogue.
Now the vehicle: we purchased a new 2026 Outback premier XT, our very first Subaru as we usually drove a Rav 4, however it only took 20 minutes to discover the amazing difference and upper feel in quality with this vehicle we kept an open mind on the test drive and were completely amazed with the quality, fit and finish and comfort. This vehicle is punching well over it's class as I would definitely lean toward this vehicle in the "luxury" level. Looking forward to a long relationship with our new car.
