Fox Subaru is looking for a friendly, upbeat Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills who knows how to make guests feel welcome the moment they walk into the showroom.
At our dealership, customer experience is everything. As the dealership’s first point of contact, you’ll greet guests with a smile, help them get comfortable, and ensure they are quickly connected with the right member of our sales or service team.

Customer Experience
- Greet all customers promptly with a warm and professional demeanour
- Create a welcoming environment by offering refreshments such as coffee or water
- Assist customers by personally escorting them to the appropriate department or team member
- Ensure every visitor feels valued, comfortable, and well taken care of during their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area
Front Desk & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to general inquiries and provide basic dealership information
- Manage customer check-ins and notify staff when customers arrive
Administrative Duties
- Process customer payments and provide receipts
- Perform filing and document organization
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Previous reception or customer service experience is considered an asset
