I had a flat in the pouring rain this afternoon and pulled into the Fox Subaru lot to change it. The wheel nuts were on too hard to get off so I asked there service manager Jonathan Ramirez if they could loosen them so I could get the tire off. He said it’s too wet for me to do that so he personally put my car inside the bay and one of their technicians put my spare on very quickly and got me on my way. Let me stress that not all shops would do this especially when they are busy and I wasn’t even driving a Subaru. He refused to accept any payment and which is even more rare now days.
