Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues and service requests
Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, including necessary services and upselling additional repairs when appropriate
Prepare detailed work orders and communicate customer needs to the service technicians effectively
Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and turnaround times
Handle cash transactions securely and maintain accurate financial records
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, additional services needed, or future maintenance recommendations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and professional communication
Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership services, and current promotions
Qualifications
Prior experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop is preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems is highly advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
